At Jira Models, we are committed to enhancing the representation of First Nations people throughout the fashion industry. Founded in 2017 by Perina Drummond, Jira made history as Australia’s first Indigenous modelling agency, quickly gaining recognition for its innovative approach.​

As we grew, we expanded our services to include casting talent for film, media, business and cultural projects, fostering a vibrant community of creatives.

 

In 2022, Perina launched our fashion and textile program, designed to nurture design skills and build industry connections within our community.
