TERMS & CONDITIONS
RATES
Rates apply to shoot time only and do not include usage. Models rates are quoted per hour or at the negotiated rate upon booking. If job finishes earlier than quoted time, full payment of negotiated rate is still required. If job runs overtime of 20 minutes or more, overtime will be charged at negotiated hourly rate. The full hour will be charged at 20 minutes overtime.
WORKING DAY
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm, including a lunch break, and will incur standard hourly rate.
Penalty working hours occur outside the normal working hours including Monday to Friday before 8.00am and after 6.00pm, Saturdays and Sundays. Penalty rates will be applied during these hours at a higher hourly rate. Rates can be negotiated at the time of booking.
USAGE AND ADDITIONAL FEES
Usage and additional fees are negotiated at the time of booking.

FITTINGS
Fittings will be charged at half the negotiated hourly rate.
TRAVEL RATE
Travel rate will be charged at half the negotiated hourly rate.
HOLDS

CANCELLATION FEES
24 hours or less: 100%. Within 48 hours: 50%. For multiple day bookings, cancellation must be made at the equivalent number of days booked (or more) to not incur a cancellation fee. 100% cancellation fee will be charged otherwise.

The Agency act solely for and on behalf of our Artist and whilst making every effort to providing our service, we cannot be held ultimately responsible for a models conduct on an assignment.

BOOKING FEE
A booking fee (also known as Agency Service Fee) is a mandatory fee charged for all bookings made. The booking fee is charged at 20% (excl. GST) of the total Artist fee (including usage and additional fees). This fee is non-negotiable.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date.
